The Titans close the season against Edinburgh Wolves at home on Saturday 16th August, kick off 5:00pm. The game is sponsored by Close Protection UK and the Titans would like to thank them for their support.

The previous meeting between the Wolves and the Titans saw a skeleton Titans team defeated 44 - 24. With the Titans having many players playing both Offense and Defense, the majority of the points were scored in the final quarter with the Titans tired defense struggling to contain the fresher, rotated Edinburgh squad setting this up to be a very close tie indeed.

Both teams go into this game with identical 5 - 4 records and want to see the season out with a winning record and while the chances of a playoff berth and very slim, they do still exist providing winless Chester Romans upset the apple cart and defeat much fancied and mid-season conference favourites and current conference leaders Merseyside Nighthawks complete the home and away double against Lancs.
