Titans prepare for visiting Falcons

The Titans will host the Leicester Falcons this sunday in the first playoff game of the season. To the victor is a match up against the winners of the Glasgow Tigers @ Staffordshire Surge for a place in the Britbowl Division 2 final, for the losers an abrupt end to their season.

The Falcons bring with them a highly rated Offense who will be truly tested by the Titans truly mean “Big Blue Wrecking Crew” Defense so this is shaping up to a fascinating tie that could go down to the last play of the game. The Falcons finished the season 7-2-1 behind the Surge so face the Titans in the wild card sport but it would be a massive mistake for the Titans to assume that their 10 & 0 record will count for anything in this game.

Kick Off is 2:30pm at Broughton Park RUFC and admittance is £3 per person including Entrance, Program and raffle ticket with the profits from the game going to the Manchester Million, The Titans nominated charity for 2009.
