Titans Press Release re: Broughton Park RUFC

The Manchester Titans are pleased to announce that after very productive discussions, they are proud to be remaining at Broughton Park RUFC for the foreseeable future. At no point has it been the Titans desire to move but due to other circumstances last sunday’s home game vs Clyde Valley Blackhawks had to be played at Ashton Rugby Club. The Titans would like to thank Ashton Rugby Club for their hospitality but wish to allay any fears or doubts as to the long term future of the relationship with Broughton Park RUFC. Broughton Park has been more than just somewhere the Titans play, it has become our spiritual home. The management committee and in particular Gill and Dave have become very good friends of this club and we would like to think that our partnership can last for many years yet to come so let’s get back to business and continue the campaign to bring a trophy back to Broughton Park!!!

For and on behalf of the Management Team of Manchester Titans:
General Manager: Chris Harwood
Senior Team Manager: Tony McCulloch
Club Secretary: Caryl McCulloch
